Thank you for choosing PCSecure. We provide professional website design consulting and digital services. Because our services are delivered digitally and involve time, expertise, and customized work, our refund policy is as follows:

Digital Services

All services provided by PCSecure are digital and customized to each client. No physical products are shipped.

Consultation Sessions

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

Website Design Consulting Packages

Once work has started on your project, including research, planning, audits, strategy development, wireframes, or design recommendations, fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.

If a project has not yet begun, you may request a cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the service period has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Client Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery. We will work with you in good faith to address your concerns and, where appropriate, provide reasonable revisions or an alternative solution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
