At PCSecure, we provide digital consulting services and do not ship physical products.

Service Delivery

After your order and payment are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps. Depending on the service purchased, we will contact you within 1 business day to schedule your consultation or begin the project.

Video meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams)
Phone consultations (if requested)
Email communication
Secure online file sharing for reports, design mockups, wireframes, and project documents

Delivery Time

Consultation sessions are typically scheduled within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Website audits, design recommendations, and other digital deliverables are provided according to the timeline agreed upon at the start of the project.
Monthly retainer services begin on the agreed start date after payment has been received.
